Butler Bulldogs 2009-2010 Retro Shorts

The 2009-2010 Butler Bulldogs came within 3 inches of being the greatest story in the history of March Madness. Capturing the hearts of the nation, the 5-seed Bulldogs beat 1-seed Syracuse, 2-seed Kansas State, and 5-seed Michigan State to reach the National Title game.

Their hometown of Indianapolis played host to the David vs. Goliath battle against Duke for the National Championship. In a game for the ages Gordon Hayward's half court heave rimmed out as time expired giving the Blue Devils their 4th National Title.
